Report a problem clearly
Specific reports are easier to verify and correct. Include the route, the disputed statement or result, and the evidence that should be checked.
Correction reports
Record the page URL, the exact wording or calculator inputs, the result you expected, and the date you saw the issue. For a factual correction, include a product manual, government page, standards body, manufacturer specification, or another directly relevant source.
General feedback
Describe the decision you were trying to make, what information was missing, and whether the problem involved wording, accessibility, units, calculation logic, navigation, or a small-screen layout. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data.
