Editorial policy
How planning material is prepared
Planning content should show where a number came from, what judgment was added, and which facts still need verification for a specific product or site.
Sources
Prefer manufacturer documentation, government material, standards bodies, and other sources close to the fact being checked. Retail guides can help explain current seller terminology or common product ranges, but they should not be treated as universal rules. Source links and access dates belong near the claim they support.
Original analysis and diagrams
Formulas, comparison tables, decision sequences, and diagrams should be original analysis built from stated measurements and sources. A diagram should clarify geometry or process; it should not imply that an unmeasured room, product, or route has been inspected.
Material automation disclosure
Drafting, calculation checks, code generation, and material preparation may use AI or other automation. Automated output is not treated as a source. Human accountability remains with the site owner for publication decisions, corrections, and the final claims shown to readers. A review label describes the checks performed; it is not a claim of unnamed expert or professional approval. Material must be checked against the stated formula, route behavior, accessible rendering, primary facts, and internal consistency before it is considered ready.
Verification process
Verification means reopening cited sources, recalculating representative examples, testing boundary cases, checking units and labels, reviewing visible links, and reading the final page for claims that exceed the evidence. This process describes checks, not a claim that unnamed specialists or outside reviewers approved the work.
Corrections
Clear factual or calculation errors should be corrected promptly after verification. Meaningful changes to a published method, range, source, or conclusion should receive a dated correction-history note. Minor spelling or formatting repairs do not need to be presented as substantive corrections.
Advertising and affiliate independence
Advertising and affiliate relationships, if introduced, will be disclosed near the affected material. Payment, commission, advertiser preference, and ad placement do not influence formulas, source selection, review conclusions, rankings, or corrections. Editorial review remains separate from commercial decisions, and a product link is not an endorsement or a substitute for checking the current manufacturer information.
