Editorial contract
Each guide answers a specific planning question in plain US English. It should identify inputs, show the decision sequence, distinguish estimates from product facts, and state where manufacturer or site verification is still required.
Material claims should cite useful primary or authoritative sources. Calculations should expose formulas, ranges, defaults, and assumptions. Meaningful changes belong in a dated corrections record rather than being silently rewritten.
